1. Repair Services

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services and the time invested in personalized credit work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for repair services once payment is made.

  • Client Participation: Clients are expected to actively participate by providing accurate information, responding to requests in a timely manner, and following recommended steps. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by factors outside of our control (including creditor or bureau decisions).

2. Digital Products

  • No Refunds: All digital products, including eBooks, courses, templates, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Immediate Access: Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are receiving immediate access and agree to the non-refundable nature of digital content.

3. General Terms

  • Final Sale: All services and digital products are considered final sale upon purchase.

  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Any updates will apply to future purchases and will be communicated when applicable.

Certain higher-intensity service options may include advanced dispute strategies (which can involve broader “sweep-style” approaches) when appropriate. You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that you remain fully responsible for any balances or obligations owed to creditors, regardless of dispute activity or outcomes.
